When it comes to posture, the biggest positive adjustments will be made over time by small daily efforts. Little changes make a big difference.

Posture is how you hold your body. There are two types. Dynamic posture is how you hold yourself when you are moving, like when you are walking or bending over. Static posture is how you hold yourself when you are sitting or standing. Good posture isn’t all about aesthetics. It’s about functionality too and important for amputees.
